Growing up in New England in the home of a pastor, Chris trusted Christ as his Savior at the age of six. Throughout his childhood, he was privileged to meet many missionaries as they came through his church and home. Chris was called to preach at a missions conference in his teen years and soon attended Pensacola Christian College. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies in 2005. Since then, Chris has served as a youth leader and a pastor. Most recently, Chris served for 4 years as pastor of New Hope Baptist Church in Harwinton, CT. During his time as pastor, Chris took the church on multiple mission trips and began the church’s missions program.
Beth was raised in a Christian home in western Pennsylvania and trusted Christ as her Savior at the age of 4. She attended Pensacola Christian College for 3 years where she met Chris before transferring to Crown College. It was here that her love of missions grew. Beth was involved in the beginning stages of the college’s outreach program in England and spent a semester there ministering. She has been involved in mission work in Honduras and New York City as well. Beth graduated from Crown College in 2007 and she and Chris married in 2008.
Our Call To Missions
Chris and Beth each had a heart that was growing more sensitive to the needs of the mission field. Often they would host and help missionaries that traveled through CT on deputation. They waited on God to make their burden a calling. During a missions conference in the Spring of 2013, God confirmed in them the call to missions. Through God’s prompting and direction, they would soon settle on the field of Honduras.
Chris and Beth have been blessed with two children, Charlotte and Clara.
