We are in Kentucky!

As of our last update, Chris was in Honduras with a group from Connecticut and Ohio. The trip was a great success in many ways. All present found a renewed reason to love worldwide missions and were burdened to help the ministry there. Chris and Adam Jarvis, our ministry partner, had a helpful meeting with Pastor Chungo, the national pastor in charge of the orphanage. They were able to discuss things for the future as to what specifically would be our responsibilities. Pastor Chungo is thrilled that we will be coming to help and we are excited to be able to work with him and his sweet family. Everyone arrived back in the states safely, though a couple of men from the Connecticut group seemed to have acquired a parasite. They recovered shortly after their return and are doing fine now.
When Chris arrived back in the states, he found himself preaching a week of Junior Camp at Hoosier Hills Baptist Camp in Dillsboro, Indiana. The scheduled speaker had to be away for a family emergency and Chris was happy to fill in. We saw many young people saved that week and several called into ministry, specifically missions. Praise God that He is still calling young people into His service! We also reconnected with our good friend, evangelist Kyle Gilstrap and his wife, who did a fabulous job directing camp at Hoosier Hills while we were there. Two weeks later, Chris was the speaker at another Junior Camp in Panama City, Florida. Many more young people were saved and stirred to live for our great God.
We have been blessed to be in a few more churches in the southern Indiana region and find ourselves currently in Northern Kentucky. In the next month, we will be in North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. We are thrilled to be going back into the New England area and be able to see our sweet church family at New Hope and catch up with dear friends.
Please continue to pray that our support level will continue to rise quickly. Our burden is to be in Honduras as soon as we possibly can. Also, please pray for health for all 3 of us and safety as we travel. We do not take these things for granted. May God richly bless each of you that faithfully lifts us up in prayer. We cannot say often enough how important this is to us and how blessed we are by you.
